How We Work
At Rokos, we believe the strongest teams are built through collaboration and versatility. Rather than limiting team members to a single role, we cross-train when possible so everyone has the opportunity to understand different aspects of the business.
Depending on business needs and your skills, you may assist with pet care, customer service, bathing, kennel operations, or overnight care. This approach helps us provide outstanding care for our pets while creating a team that supports one another and continues to learn.
As opportunities become available, team members who demonstrate dedication, reliability, initiative, and excellent performance may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and continue growing within the company.
